Pricing: All prices are in USD and subject to change. Active subscribers will be notified 30 days before price changes.

Payments: Processed securely via Stripe. One-time purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Subscriptions: Billed monthly or annually. Cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months.

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Redistribute LOADLESS products without permission
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Use the Service to harm, harass, or spam others

All content, features, and functionality of LOADLESS (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software) are owned by LOADLESS and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LOADLESS products for personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or create derivative works.

LOADLESS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOADLESS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination
